To restore the visitor reception area to its former glory, work is currently underway in the museum’s atrium.
This work, scheduled to continue through October 9, involves a complete repainting of the walls. Due to the unique layout of the space, notably its high ceilings and sloping walls, scaffolding has been erected to allow the crews to work under the best possible conditions.
Committed to preserving the space’s visual identity, the teams will ensure that the various graphic motifs are reproduced exactly as they were. This project will thus restore the atrium’s brilliance while fully preserving its character and aesthetic.
During this period, the Museum remains dedicated to welcoming its visitors and is doing everything possible to minimize the impact of the work on their experience.
